- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We've rented from Sunny Daze for almost 4 years now in their Brittany Courts lower building and love it! Phyllis, Cindy and Bob are great and whenever there is a minor issue they go above and beyond to help. They keep their apartments very nicely kept and the price is great. The units have newer carpeting, floors and appliances. I'm looking forward to signing the lease again for next year. They really run a great business!By Andrew David-Schauwitzer, June 29, 2017
